Prior call center experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment. Customer service problem-solving skills that enable quick resolution of issues while maintaining a positive attitude. Phone etiquette expertise for professional and courteous client interactions across all communication channels. Ability to work well under pressure with strong time management and typing speed for efficient call handling.
