Software/Technical Customer Support Specialist Growing software development company offering financial institutions a cloud-based platform needs an entry level Product / Customer Care Specialist whose focus will be supporting B2b clients on software issues. This is a growing and innovative company with excellent future potential into other areas of the company. Requires someone who is software technology savvy with excellent customer focus and troubleshooting experience. 60-70% of the job focus is software troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving. Communication and documentation skills and experience important. Technically savvy and curious mindset ideal Banking / technology / customer service background most ideal but not a requirement. Basic SQL writing query experience along with any other relative troubleshooting, configuration, problem solving and/or debugging experience. This is a great launching pad opportunity into other areas within the company. Will consider recent college graduates with Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Science or Technology degrees or relative business experience transferrable to this role (including advanced Excel experience).
