Member Service Representative We are seeking a friendly, service focused dependable Member Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for cooperative members. This position plays an important role in assisting members with inquiries, providing accurate information about accounts and services, and delivering courteous, professional support that reflects the cooperative's commitment to its members and community.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for cooperative members by phone, email, and in person
  • Respond to member questions, concerns, and service needs with professionalism, accuracy, and care
  • Process member service requests, including new connections, transfers, disconnections, and reconnections
  • Assist members with billing questions, payments, account activity, capital credits, rates, and payment arrangements
  • Review member account information to support accurate billing and timely service
  • Assist members with available energy assistance programs and resources. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred
  • Must have valid PA driver's license
  • Proficient customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits

Pay:
$18.04 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
