Are you an experienced receptionist/Customer Service Representative? Would you LOVE to combine your interest or experience in customer service and team-work skills with your passion for animals in a rewarding environment? If so, this is a great job to combine the two! Veterinary Village in Plymouth Meeting, Pa is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to add to our hospital staff. We are looking to build and develop a team of caring professionals as our business grows. Prior experience in a veterinary practice or working with animals will help you dive in with a shorter learning curve, but we are looking for employees with a positive, collaborative work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow with us. Qualifications Excellent people and organizational skills required. The front desk staff is the face of the practice! Effectively communicate with clients in office, over the phone, and in written correspondence. A positive and encouraging teamwork style with an open and supportive mindset. A minimum of 2 years of experience in reception/customer service. Ability to successfully multi-task, assess, and prioritize daily activities and duties. Accurately handle customer interactions with a friendly attitude and the confidence to deal with difficult situations. Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn, manage, and troubleshoot office equipment & software.
