Veterinary Customer Service RepresentativeQuakertown Veterinary Clinic | Quakertown, PAQuakertown Veterinary Clinic is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our veterinary hospital and call center. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy helping people, communicate professionally, and can stay organized in a busy healthcare environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our clients interact with, helping create a positive experience while supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative responsibilities.

Position DetailsWe currently have openings for:
Small Animal Reception:
3:00 PM 11:00 PM, 7am- 3
PMCall Center:
9am- 5PMBoth full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required as part of our rotating schedule.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and assist clients with questionsSchedule appointments and update client and patient informationWelcome clients and complete check-in and check-out proceduresProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate communication between clients and veterinary staffRespond to email inquiries and perform general administrative dutiesAssist with retail purchases, prescription diets, and hospital productsHelp maintain a clean, organized reception areaProvide courteous, compassionate service to clients during both routine and emergency visitsQualificationsCustomer service or receptionist experience requiredVeterinary or healthcare experience is helpful but not requiredComfortable using computers and learning practice management softwareStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsReliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a teamBenefitsEligible employees may receive:
