Do you have a passion for animals and a natural ability to make people feel taken care of? We're looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. In this role, you'll help create a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both our medical team and pet parents. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: As part of our front desk team, your day-to-day may include: Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history Processing invoices and payments accurately Reviewing patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs Communicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians Assisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed Entering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system This is not a complete list of responsibilities. Duties may evolve as needed.
