The Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information about products and services. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software or similar tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in a call center or service-oriented environment. Familiarity with customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the United States. Proficiency with advanced CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
