Type:

full-time FPD Company, a subsidiary of Trigon Holding, Inc., is currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist. Located in McMurray, PA, FPD Company is a technology driven, global manufacturer of forged and machined titanium aerospace components and medical implants. Our knowledge of materials, precision manufacturing methods and a comprehensive quality system enable us to meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace and medical industries. We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Specialist to serve as a point of contact for customer account management matters and generate sales by building successful, long-term client relationships. This position reports to the Customer Account Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain electronic document control for all customer information including data sets, drawings, models, specs, purchase orders and other supporting customer documents. Verify and reconcile aerospace website customer purchase orders as needed. Respond to customer Request for Quotations, including obtaining updated product definition, and review final quotes prior to submission. Communicate with Production/Supply Chain to establish delivery dates consistent with customer requirements. Ensure product definition matches customer requirements and initiate contract review if necessary. Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external managers. Set priority boards for product flow/customer shipments. Provide accurate product status feedback to customers as needed, including daily advanced shipping notice. Coordinate all non-conforming product requests with customers.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of sales in manufacturing experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field is desirable Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Prior experience utilizing ERP system, preferably Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver effective presentations We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, health savings account, profit sharing 401(k), vacation & personal floating holidays.
