About STRONG Pilates STRONG Pilates delivers high-intensity, low-impact training powered by innovative Rowformer/Bikeformer technology, combining strength, conditioning, and performance training for serious results. With rapidly growing locations worldwide, STRONG is redefining what studio fitness feels like and we want your help! Role Overview The Sales Growth Team member is an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual who serves as the face of the studio while directly driving revenue and growth. This role blends front-of-house hospitality, lead nurturing, and sales execution with daily studio operations to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a part-time, hourly position with hours that vary based on studio schedule and business needs. Key Responsibilities Driving Sales & Growth
  • Call and text all incoming leads promptly
  • Nurture prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building
  • Convert leads into memberships, class packs, and intro offers
  • Sell memberships and packages in-studio, over the phone, and via text
  • Follow up with assigned lead lists to meet individual and studio sales goals
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions accurately using Google Sheets and internal systems Front of House & Client Experience
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming client experience by greeting clients by name and building genuine connections
  • Educate clients on classes, pricing, memberships, promotions, and studio offerings
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure a seamless first visit experience
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, concerns, and requests in person, phone, text, and email
  • Communicate studio updates, events, or schedule changes to clients and team members Studio Operations & Support
  • Assist studio leadership and coaches with daily operations and administrative needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready studio at all times
  • Fold towels and manage laundry
  • Clean and reset machines between and after classes
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Identify and report visible maintenance or equipment issues What We're Looking For
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and handling objections
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and basic technology platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move throughout all areas of the studio
