Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support service operations for a manufacturing organization in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles inquiries with accuracy, and provides dependable assistance across account, billing, and payment-related matters. The role combines high-volume customer interaction with administrative follow-through, requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and confidence working in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and messages, providing timely and dependable support for questions related to accounts, billing, payments, and general service needs.
- Guide customers through payment processing, payoff-related inquiries, and billing explanations while ensuring information is communicated clearly and accurately.
- Review customer account details, document interactions, and complete submissions with a high degree of accuracy using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist with scanning, organizing, and maintaining service documentation to support efficient recordkeeping and follow-up activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve service issues, escalate concerns when needed, and keep customers informed of progress.
- Deliver clear written and verbal communication when explaining policies, charges, tax-related details, and account updates to customers.
- Support daily call center operations by managing multiple priorities, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a collaborative onsite team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain billing, payment, or account information clearly.
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and assisting customers in a detail-focused, solutions-oriented manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to process payments, document service activity accurately, and manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience working collaboratively with team members and coordinating with vendors or cross-functional partners.
- Familiarity with financial services, insurance, billing, or tax-related customer inquiries is preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
