Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product demos when applicable Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales performance Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Supervising experience is a plus, especially in overseeing team members during shifts or training new staff Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is essential Strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions and inventory management will support your daily responsibilities Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and retail store product knowledge will help you excel This energetic position invites motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
