This is a fully onsite position. For this position you must reside in York, PA or a surrounding area because you will be required to commute daily to the York, PA office. AAA Mid States is currently seeking a Full Time Call Taker on the 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. shift to receive Road Service Assistance Calls in our York, PA Call Center that operates 365 days a year.

Requirements:

One year of Customer Service Experience is Required Must be able to work a five-day work week; including every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and some Holidays Excellent Communication Skills Must possess Strong Computer and Phone Skills Flexibility is a must
