What You'll Do:

Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer support and order status updates. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records and data within ERP systems. Help preserve critical QAD knowledge during an important system transition. Partner with internal teams to solve problems and keep operations moving. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly matter. Customer service and order processing experience. QAD ERP experience strongly preferred. SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
