Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for our Pittsburgh Branch.

A successful candidate:

Opens, writes, reviews, and closes repair orders Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines Schedules appointments Provides assistance to the parts and service departments Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted Communicates with Technicians on jobs Communicates with customers of needed service work Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion

Skills:
