Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Customer Service & Sales Representative with an active insurance license. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing both service and sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately Follow agency procedures, compliance standards, and workflows Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in insurance customer service and/or sales Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and comfortable using CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Farmers Insurance (preferred, not required) Proven track record in sales or account management
