As a Roofing Appointment Setter , you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, specializing in cold calling to identify and qualify homeowners in need of roof inspections. Your persuasive skills will be key in scheduling these vital appointments on behalf of our trusted roofing company partners. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Austin, United States, while adhering to US business hours.Responsibilities:
Proactively conduct cold calls to homeowners, introducing the benefits of free roof inspections. Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and ensuring they meet inspection criteria. Efficiently book and manage appointments for roof inspections, ensuring a seamless process. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. Handle objections with grace and confidence, turning potential challenges into successful outcomes. Collaborate closely with our team to optimize call strategies and achieve targets.Skills & Technologies:
Proficiency in Call Center operations and best practices. Proven track record in Sales and appointment setting. Strong capabilities in Cold Calling and lead generation. Expertise in Customer Qualification and needs assessment. Advanced Objection Handling techniques. Exceptional English Fluency , both verbal and written. A robust 3-7 years of experience in a sales, call center, or business development role, demonstrating a strong ability to close and qualify leads.Core Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in Call Center methodologies and practices. A verifiable history of success in Sales and achieving targets. Demonstrated expertise in Appointment Setting and calendar management. Mastery of Cold Calling techniques with a resilient approach. Outstanding abilities in Customer Qualification and identifying genuine interest. Superior Objection Handling skills, turning 'no' into 'yes'. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are non-negotiable. A track record of leveraging Performance-Based Incentives to drive personal success.
