Remote/Hybrid (as applicable) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate with strong CRM experience to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with a background in financial services, wealth management, or working with financial advisors who is highly experienced with Redtail CRM . The primary focus of this role will be managing and maintaining our CRM, ensuring client information is accurate and up to date, and helping improve the overall organization and efficiency of the system. The ideal candidate will understand both client service within a financial environment and the day-to-day administration of a CRM system . The position will initially require approximately 10 hours per week , with the potential to increase to 20 hours based on business needs. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Redtail CRM , including client records, contact information, notes, activities, and other data. Ensure client and account information is accurate, organized, and consistently updated. Perform CRM data cleanup, organization, and ongoing maintenance. Assist with workflows, task management, reporting, and other CRM functions. Help improve CRM processes and organization to make the system more efficient and user-friendly. Support client service and administrative needs related to maintaining accurate client information. Assist with data entry, updates, and potential CRM data migration or cleanup projects. Generate CRM reports and assist with tracking client information and activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ways to better utilize Redtail. Work independently while communicating regularly with the team regarding CRM needs and priorities. Qualifications Previous experience in a Client Service Associate, Client Service Specialist, Financial Advisor Assistant, Wealth Management Associate, or similar financial services role . Hands-on experience with Redtail CRM is required. Experience working within a financial advisory, wealth management, investment, or financial planning environment . Strong understanding of CRM management, client records, data accuracy, and organization. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and managing priorities with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly identify and correct data or organizational issues within a CRM. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience required. Redtail CRM experience is required. Financial services/wealth management experience strongly preferred. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week , with flexibility to increase up to 20 hours as needed.
