Responsibilities include:
Execute trades and assist with portfolio rebalancing activities Monitor portfolio allocations and support investment implementation Open, maintain, and service client accounts Process account transactions accurately and efficiently Review and reconcile account activity to ensure accuracy Coordinate schedules and calendars for advisory staff Partner with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues Respond to client requests with professionalism and urgency Maintain precise records and documentation to support compliance requirements Assist with administrative, operational, and client service functions as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in investment operations, trading, wealth management, or financial services Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software platforms Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Preferred Experience Portfolio management support, trading, rebalancing, or investment operations Experience working with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or similar platforms Understanding of financial markets, asset allocation, and investment strategies Experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams Licensing Series 65 License Preferred Candidates who do not currently hold a Series 65 license must be willing to obtain the designation within 90 days of hire. $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
