Position Details Full-Time or Part-to-Full-Time:
4-8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services Strong understanding of financial concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially Excel Professional, warm, and confident client-facing communication Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and alignment with ClearBridge values Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with LPL ClientWorks Familiarity with eMoney , Redtail , and Riskalyze Experience in portfolio administration Comfort with marketing tasks, including social media Key Responsibilities Prepare advisor-driven reports and assist with new account openings Manage advisor calendar and schedule client meetings Support firm growth through meeting preparation and event coordination Maintain CRM with timely notes and accurate data entry Answer client calls and provide friendly, professional support Assist with client onboarding and service requests Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Work independently with minimal supervision while owning assigned tasks Technical Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Redtail CRM eMoney Financial Planning Ability to learn new systems quickly
