We're looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to manage the day-to-day service and operational work surrounding our client relationships. You'll work directly with the practice owner and financial advisor in a professional environment where your work will have a visible impact. The role combines client communication with review preparation, paperwork, CRM and file organization, service follow-up, and office operations. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys creating order, working independently, improving how things are done, and making sure work gets finished. What You'll Do Manage the advisor's calendar and proactively schedule and confirm client meetings Handle client communication related to scheduling, paperwork, service requests, status updates, and incoming calls Gather client information and prepare review materials, investment reports, checklists, and other documents for the advisor Maintain accurate client files, CRM records, tasks, and digital folders and improve the organization of existing information Review client records to identify missing information, upcoming needs, and opportunities to provide proactive service Prepare and track account openings, transfers, distributions, RMDs, beneficiary changes, cashiering, electronic signature workflows, and other account maintenance requests Coordinate with custodians, broker-dealer service teams, insurance companies, and other financial institutions to complete service requests Maintain recurring client service, review season, RMD, and year-end workflows and help organize and track items appearing in the advisor's portals Help improve workflows, client materials, prospecting systems, and other practice projects Keep the office organized and ready for client meetings The advisor leads financial planning, investment advice, asset allocation, and investment models, while this role focuses on client service and operational execution. Who We're Looking For Prior experience directly supporting a financial advisor or wealth management practice is required. Experience in an independent broker-dealer or RIA environment is especially valuable.
