The Client Services Representative acts as the main point of contact for our clients, managing the account and handling customer queries and communications via phone, video call, email, and in person.Key Job Functions/Responsibilities Customer Support:
Answering inquiries, resolving service issues, and managing client challenges and complaintsAccount Management:
Updating customer account information, inventory management, change management, overseeing daily production needs as well as special requestsCommunication:
Acting as the liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Technology, Project Management, Operations), attending and leading client quarterly business reviewsDocumentation:
Recording details of changes, incidents and client interactions in various internal tracking systemsProduct Knowledge:
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services to provide accurate informationProblem-Solving:
Troubleshooting issues and mitigating conflicts to maintain positive client relationships and swift incident resolution Other duties as assignedBasic Skill Level Requirements Education:
College Diploma in Business Administration or related fieldExperience:
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an asset.Skills and Tools:
