Job Description
Job Summary A growing organization in the wholesale trade industry is seeking a Client Services Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pico Rivera, CA. This role is ideal for a highly organized customer service and administrative support professional with experience in the furniture industry or a closely related field. The Client Services Representative will support the Account Manager throughout the full order development process, including proposal preparation, order placement, vendor follow-up, shipment coordination, client status updates, and invoice support. This position offers a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, ongoing systems and industry training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable organization. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys multitasking, tracking details, communicating across internal teams, and helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with proposal development, order processing, purchase order documentation, client invoicing, and order follow-up.
- Review specifications, pricing, discounting, fabric and finish schedules, labor quotations, and sales order documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit purchase orders to manufacturers, verify acknowledgements, confirm ship dates, and follow up with vendors to resolve timing or accuracy issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, trucking partners, and client contacts regarding order status, deliveries, installations, and scheduling changes.
- Prepare delivery packets, status reports, acknowledgements, billing documentation, and freight claim paperwork within required timelines.
- Monitor open orders, not fully invoiced orders, deposits, completed projects, and partial billing opportunities in partnership with the Account Manager. Compensation and Benefits
