Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Representative to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks and engaging with clients through social media platforms. Your energetic approach will help foster strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and support our marketing efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend customer relationship management, project coordination, and social media engagement in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage client accounts by tracking interactions, updating records in Salesforce (a leading customer relationship management software), and supporting ongoing account development. Assist with onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes and providing clear information about our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Coordinate project tasks related to client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams. Maintain active engagement on social media platforms, creating content, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction to boost brand visibility. Support marketing initiatives by analyzing engagement metrics and providing insights to improve outreach strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and interactions. Experience Proven experience in customer service or client account management within SaaS or financial services industries. Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer data and interactions. Demonstrated ability in project management with a focus on delivering results efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Experience in sales or inbound lead handling, with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing opportunities. Knowledge of marketing principles and analysis skills to interpret engagement data and optimize outreach efforts.
