ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Care Assistant to support customers with travel-related questions and requests. This is a remote position open to candidates in Baton Rouge, LA. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Pay:

$22-$27/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided. Duties Respond to customer questions by phone and email. Assist with travel and booking requests. Provide clear information about travel services. Help customers with itinerary changes. Update customer records and case notes. Escalate complex issues when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication. Basic computer and typing skills. Good organizational abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently from home. Extra Skills (Optional) Previous customer service experience. Familiarity with travel booking platforms. Experience with CRM or support tools.
