6 weeks in office for training; Up to 5 times per month after trainingPay Rate:
$17.00/hr What's the Job? Respond to inbound inquiries regarding insurance coverage submitted by association members through various channels Assist clients with enrollment processes and servicing policies effectively Make outbound calls to follow up on prospects, telemarketing efforts, and service questions requiring research Perform administrative tasks such as preparing memorandums and letters related to sales and service inquiries Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and carriers, providing detailed explanations of products and policies What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent; or three to five years of related experience and/or training Experience in a call center environment is required Knowledge of customer service principles, insurance lines of business, and sales techniques Effective oral and written communication skills, along with personal computer proficiency Ability to adapt to new work methods, policies, and ongoing change while working within company culture What's in it for me?
