What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be one of the friendly voices and trusted contacts our customers rely on. You'll work closely with our Sales, Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to make sure orders are accurate, questions are answered, and customers receive the exceptional service they expect. Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include: Answer customer and sales representative calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. Enter customer orders accurately into our system. Assist customers with questions about products, order status, shipping, and general information. Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer expectations are met. Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when needed. Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction. We're Looking For Someone Who... Enjoys helping people and building relationships. Has a positive attitude and communicates professionally. Stays organized and pays attention to the details. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Is comfortable learning new computer systems and technology. Is dependable, motivated, and eager to grow. Works well independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service or office experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train the right person! Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
