9:30am - 6pm CST Responsibilities + Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. + Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws. + Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. + Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys. + Work within well-defined procedures, guidelines, and routines to support customer service functions. Requirements + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with SAP , Salesforce, and ERP systems is preferred but not required. + Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
