We service RV's and boats in the shop while offering consulting and sales to Do-It-Yourselfers worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Customer Service Representative located in Stuart, FL. Representative must have a reliable personal vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. The expectation is that, once trained, up to 40% of work can be completed from home if desired. Occasional travel may be required. Representative will be responsible for answering all types of customer questions over the phone and in person.

Examples include:

Assisting customers in understanding what they need to purchase Providing quotes for installation work Creating wire diagrams (modifying an existing template) Assisting customers with installation and troubleshooting Training and support will be provided, not only initially, but throughout the job as needed.
