As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Job Description:
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and expert guidance on their personal insurance needs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and professional service.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries regarding personal lines insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance. Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner. Provide quotes and assist clients with policy renewals. Handle client requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues and provide seamless service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates in the agency management system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company products to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience, specifically in personal lines, is a plus. Must have or be willing to obtain an active Property and Casualty license. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
