Job Description Customer Service Representative (CSR) -experience required Eastview Veterinary Clinic Eastview Veterinary Clinic is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a busy walk-in small animal clinic that prides itself on providing efficient, high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and patients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and pets.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion Managing a high-volume front desk and lobby flow Answering phones, emails, and client communications Checking patients in and out accurately Collecting and reviewing vaccine records Educating clients on vaccine recommendations and preventive care Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff Monitoring appointment flow and helping maintain efficiency throughout the day Assisting with end-of-day closing duties and maintaining a clean front lobbyIdeal Candidate:
Has excellent communication and multitasking skills Works well under pressure and in a team environment Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Has strong attention to detail Can maintain professionalism during stressful situations Previous veterinary or medical office experience is required Experience with veterinary software is a plusWhat We Offer:
