Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact at our office. This in-person role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for our guests, clients, and team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and enjoys helping others while keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage the front desk, phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Assist guests with questions, requests, and basic issue resolution Coordinate communication between guests and internal team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing Support team members with day-to-day office needs as required Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working with people and providing great service A dependable, team-oriented individual who takes initiative A problem-solver who can handle guest interactions with confidence and care This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression and being the friendly face of the office.
