Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately, validating pricing, product details, and shipping information
• Manage customer inquiries through Zendesk, responding within 4 business hours and resolving issues end-to-end
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, changes, and backorders
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred
• Strong writtenmunication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience preferred

Perks:

Shift:

Hybrid - Remote Monday & Friday; In-office Tuesday through Thursday in Corona, CA (8-hour shift between 7 AM - 5 PM)

Pay:

$19.00/hour

Pay Details:
