fitness company. Founded in 2012, we recently opened our fifth location and we're looking for a customer service representative/administrative assistant to help with organization, carry out administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service.

South Jersey Job Description:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our gym's daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both administrative tasks and client service responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Managing client communication: text messages, emails, and online inquiries. Handling client's questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Providing information about services, class schedules, and membership details. Scheduling appointments for prospective clients. Inputting gym membership sign-ups and renewals via online platforms & CRM. Tracking and managing client billing and payments. Creating and pulling reports and analytics for attendance, client details, and overall usage. Facilitating communication between remote and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations. Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotions through online channels.
Project Support:
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, which may include research, data analysis, and report preparation. Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Customer Service experience (1+ years preferred) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Very detail oriented. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in basic computer software ( email, scheduling software). Ability to address issues and challenges that arise, and take proactive steps to resolve them. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
