Duties Answer incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each caller feels valued and heard Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel spreadsheets, to document client interactions, update records, and prepare reports Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Provide bilingual support to serve a diverse client base effectively Support administrative functions by proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling clerical tasks with attention to detail Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and productivity software Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing financial records Excellent phone communication skills coupled with proper phone etiquette and active listening abilities Insurance knowledge and background Previous office experience including front desk duties, clerical work, or administrative support is highly desirable Bilingual fluency to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients and team members Strong typing skills for data entry and word processing tasks along with proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy Knowledge of office management principles such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques Technical proficiency in using spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis Exceptional customer service skills combined with a friendly attitude that promotes positive client interactions Join us in delivering top-tier customer support while enhancing your professional growth!
