Job Description:
Customer Service Associate Full-time onsite role during training then hybrid role onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week in Towson, MD.
Pay rate:
$27.00/hr. W-2 6+ month contract -- Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance/performance Laptop provided Hours of operation: 7:45 AM-4:15 PM EST
  • Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF. Salesforce experience is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers in bound calls (no selling)
  • Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
  • Educates participants about their retirement account and features
  • Data Entry and other administrative tasks
  • Facilitates problem resolution and document processing
Skills:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to multitask
  • Show initiative and be proactive when necessary
  • Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Diagnose problems and offer resolution
  • Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Education:
High School Degree
