We simplify the process for DIY homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and municipalities by providing dynamic pricing, automated sales, and reliable delivery across all 50 states. Our mission is to make the traditionally complex task of buying aggregates straightforward and efficient. With a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and logistics, we are committed to making project completion hassle-free for our customers. Role Description This is a part-time contractor position (approximately 25 hours per week) based on-site in New Orleans, LA. This role is specifically focused on supporting and growing the New Orleans region. We are looking for someone who can become an expert in local materials, suppliers, and hauling logistics while helping customers successfully complete residential and contractor projects. The role focuses on inside sales and customer support in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and customer engagement are critical. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, assisting customers with material selection and project questions, providing pricing and delivery guidance, following up on leads, and helping close sales. You will work closely with the team to help coordinate deliveries, solve logistical challenges, and provide customers with a smooth experience from first contact through fulfillment. Qualifications Experience in inside sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles Strong communication skills, especially over phone and email Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through purchases Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment Familiarity with aggregates, landscaping materials, construction materials, or hauling/logistics is a strong plus Local knowledge of the New Orleans market preferred Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in
