Why You'll Love This Role We're looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who is passionate about delivering top-tier service. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, helping them protect what matters most with strategic insurance solutions. - Review renewals, identify opportunities to improve coverage, and remarket accounts when needed
- Seek out account rounding opportunities and proactively recommend additional coverage
- Process policy changes, endorsements, binders, ID cards, and client payments
- Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and expertise
- Handle walk-in and phone rewrite requests
- Keep client records up-to-date in AMS360 with accurate notes and activity
- Respond to client phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Stay current on carrier products, market trends, and industry updates
- Build relationships that foster client trust, loyalty, and long-term retention What You Bring Active Property & Casualty license (required) Experience in personal lines insurance Strong communication skills—you're great at connecting with people A positive, team-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-driven and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Highly organized and detail-focused Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor Ready to grow your career?
