Working Hours Monday - Saturday 9am - 3pm some flexability This is a hands-on, in-person role at our Boulder City warehouse that blends warehouse work with remote customer service — no two days are exactly the same, and you'll wear a few different hats. One moment you're crafting a beautiful unboxing experience, the next you're helping a customer online or making sure we never run out of a best-seller. You'll work closely with our shipping team and directly with the owners to keep raising the bar on what it feels like to order from Poppy Pearl. It's also a real education. You'll become proficient in Shopify and gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce world — the same space so many brands are growing in right now through Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This isn't a show-up-and-do-the-same-thing-every-day job. You'll build genuinely valuable skills while you work. Customer Service (100% Remote / Online) All customer communication happens online — you'll never have to deal with anyone in person or over the phone. You'll connect with shoppers through whatever channel they reached out on: email, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, our website, our company CRM, and other messaging platforms. Since we're an online brand, these are customers who found and purchased from us through sales channels like Facebook or our website, so you'll simply respond to them in the right place. Be the friendly, helpful voice of Poppy Pearl across email, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, our website, our CRM, and other online channels. Manage jewelry returns from start to finish, making sure every customer feels taken care of. Handle customer inquiries and anything else that comes in — from shoppers to vendors to wholesalers. Understand how a customer feels when their order arrives perfect, and protect that feeling at every step. Warehouse & Shipping This is the hands-on heart of the job. You'll be in our warehouse making sure every order is packed beautifully and goes out the door on time, and helping keep the whole operation clean, organized, and running smoothly. Prepackage boxes and prepare jewelry on cards and in bags for a beautiful, aesthetic unboxing experience. Print shipping labels and batch shipments accurately and efficiently. Work with the shipping team and owners to continually elevate the Poppy Pearl buying experience.
