Salary Range:

$42,500.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

+ Commission

+ Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Work from Home Hands on Training Requirements Active NY Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License Previous insurance experience Sales experience or sales interest Customer service and communication skills Proficient with computers Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Strong work ethic and attention to detail Responsibilities Consult with prospects and clients to analyze and recommend appropriate insurance products such as life, health, auto, or property coverage. Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Navigate policy terms with clients that meet their financial goals. Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, completing endorsements, billing, updating client records, and ensuring compliance. Provide customer service maintain ongoing communication to support policy adjustments or renewals.
