Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and growing their careers in the financial services industry. As an Insurance Agent, you will engage with clients through various channels, including outside sales and telemarketing, to promote our insurance products. Duties Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will provide guidance and resources). Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction. Provide expert advice on insurance products, including benefits administration and coverage options. Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Analyze client data to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual needs. Engage in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Experience No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and products is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances client interaction capabilities. Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles will be beneficial. Analytical skills are necessary for assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance options.
