Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Health Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or client portfolios. Strong command of insurance policy language and underwriting guidelines. Ability to navigate and document client information within industry-standard CRM platforms. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining professional relationships. Active Life, Accident & Health license is a plus. Responsibilities Oversee a dedicated portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring every client receives tailored advice and proactive communication. Identify gaps in coverage and present thoughtful solutions that provide real protection for our clients. Mentor and support junior staff to help them grow their own professional skill sets. Coordinate with various insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve complex coverage questions. Maintain an organized workflow to ensure renewals, endorsements, and new business applications are handled with care and precision. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our Wilkes-Barre doors.
