In this role, you'll assist members with questions about their health insurance coverage, billing, premiums, deductibles, copays, and provider networks while delivering outstanding service and support. What You'll Do

+ Handle approximately 50-70 inbound calls per day from health plan members

+ Answer questions regarding:

+ Insurance coverage

+ Premium billing

+ Copayments

+ Deductibles

+ Provider networks

+ Enrollment and plan information

+ Provide accurate information and resolve member concerns

+ Research and troubleshoot complex issues

+ Deliver compassionate, professional customer service

+ Document member interactions accurately

+ Maintain a positive and member-focused approach throughout every call

+ Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence What We're Looking For

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
