9/21/2026 Job Overview TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Dallas area. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas in case onsite attendance is ever required for specific, designated training purposes. At this time, no on-site days are planned. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
• Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
• Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
• Manage a daily call volume of 80-100+ calls. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
• Previous remote work experience preferred. Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• After training, schedules fall between 2:00 PM and 12:30 AM within an 8.5hour shift window.
• Rotating weekday and weekend days off.
• Schedules are released two weeks in advance.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.

25 - $22.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
