Clear and reset tables quickly between courses and after guests leave Keep wait stations stocked with glasses, mugs, silverware, bus tubs, sanitizer, and ice Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans Clean and maintain the dish machine, trash cans, mop buckets, brooms, and mops Keep the whole restaurant clean — dining room, patio, restrooms, kitchen, and outside Sweep, mop, and scrub floors as needed Be friendly with guests — you're on the floor, so you're part of their experience Pitch in wherever the team needs you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
