About the Team The Global Client & Investment Reporting team (GCIR) is responsible for the oversight, production, quality, and timeliness of all scheduled client reporting & pitchbooks for clients and strategies across multiple product and business lines. They provide client-related data and reports requested by clients, consultants and other client appointed third parties in all regions in which T. Rowe Price operates. Reporting includes proprietary branded reports (Investment Reports, Factsheets, Quarterly Reviews, Pitchbooks), regularly scheduled custom reports, due diligence and regulatory reporting (DDQ's, MiFID II reports) and various other deliverables (reconciliations, valuation statements, commentary). The team utilizes in-depth knowledge of client requirements and a variety of IT systems to compile inputs for the production of client reports in a timely and accurate fashion. Role Summary This role includes the organization and gathering of reporting collateral for clients. Oversight, production, quality, and timeliness of all scheduled client reporting are key functions within GCIR. Responsibilities Identifies process enhancements geared toward improving client service, operational efficiency, and/or output quality. Supports the maintenance of the reporting systems utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance. Ensures workload is delivered within time frame expected by clients and meets quality and compliance requirements; proactively escalates complex issues and at-risk items and assists other team members with at-risk items Continues to develop technical expertise regarding product and investment offerings in order to act as a high-level resource to clients.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 4+ years of total relevant work experiencePreferred:
Experience sourcing, validating, and leveraging portfolio, benchmark, and performance data from enterprise investment management systems to support client reporting and analytics. Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities and feedback. Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, including experience engaging stakeholders at all levels. FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
