Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist ? The Woodlands, TX (Hybrid/Remote Available) ? $25-$28/hour ? Full-Time Contract | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist to support end-to-end order delivery execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities Manage and prioritize daily customer deliveries, including urgent and high-priority orders Create and process deliveries within SAP and other ERP systems Review inventory availability and coordinate with purchasing teams to address stock constraints Partner with warehouse and shop personnel to pull, stage, and prepare materials for shipment Coordinate shipping methods, schedules, and special customer requirements Resolve logistics and delivery issues, including address updates, export documentation, and shipment discrepancies Create and maintain required system transactions and records Support invoicing and delivery documentation activities Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely issue resolution Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Customer Order Management, or a related field Experience working with ERP systems ( SAP preferred ) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Experience Manufacturing environment experience Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience Export documentation knowledge Inventory management and demand planning exposure Experience coordinating cross-functional teams Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain or logistics operations, is comfortable working across multiple departments, and can effectively manage order fulfillment, inventory constraints, and shipping challenges while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
