What You'll Be Doing Schedule and confirm appointments with members who have requested information Conduct phone and virtual consultations using a clear, structured process Explain available benefit programs in an easy-to-understand way Answer questions and help members understand their available options Assist with digital applications and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate Maintain organized records and update member information Complete follow-up communication when additional assistance is needed Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the entire process The position combines customer service, communication, organization, and relationship building in a structured remote environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable communicating with different types of people. Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and approachable personality Good listening and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency, including email, video conferencing, and online forms Strong organization and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment Willingness to learn and respond positively to coaching Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required No industry experience is necessary. Full training is provided.
