Job Summary We are a small family owned and operated custom stone countertop & cabinet business. We are seeking to add a dedicated, upbeat, full time Consultant to our showroom team. . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to maintain relationships. Our goal is to hire and retain long term as we prefer to promote from within. Duties Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding projects. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist clients in selecting materials and products for their projects, utilizing retail math to provide accurate estimates. Stock inventory and tidy showroom as needed, ensuring that all materials are readily available for client visits. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
