We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our Verizon-focused team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, provide account assistance, explain available services, and make sure each customer receives a helpful and professional experience. You'll receive training on Verizon products, services, and account processes, making this a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn and wants to build experience in a professional customer-facing environment. What You'll Do Assist customers with questions about their Verizon accounts and services. Listen carefully to understand customer needs and concerns. Provide clear information about products, services, and account options. Help customers navigate enrollment, account updates, and service requests. Follow up on customer questions and ensure issues are handled appropriately. Keep customer information accurate and organized. Build positive customer relationships through friendly and professional communication. Work with teammates and leadership to help maintain a strong customer experience.
