Job Description

Great for Bartenders, Servers, Retail Associates, Hospitality Staff, Customer Service Representatives, and Outgoing Personalities! Our team is looking for an Entry Level Verizon Customer Assistant to help customers with their Verizon accounts and services. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training while learning how to assist customers, answer questions, explain service options, and provide a positive customer experience. No previous Verizon or telecommunications experience is required — we're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and willing to learn. Entry Level Verizon Customer Assistant responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Help customers with Verizon account questions, service options, and general inquiries. Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions. Explain Verizon products, services, and account options clearly. Assist with enrollment, account updates, and service-related requests. Maintain accurate customer information and follow established procedures. Work closely with teammates to provide a consistent customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and communication skills. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional setting. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
Pay:
$1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
